If you opt for the Graphics + Video Plan, you can have up to 4 Active Requests (2 Graphics + 2 Video) concurrently. After completing a task, your team proceeds to the next one by marking the finished task as “In Review” from the “In Progress” category, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Your requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. They are placed in the queue of your design team in the order in which they are received. After that, our staff will get to work delivering them.

With the Think Venky Studio graphic subscription, you can expect to receive designs or modifications within 12-24 hours on average. This applies to designs like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs.

For the Think Venky Studio video membership, you’ll receive one 30-60 second video every 2-4 business days on average. If you have a more difficult task, please let us know, and we’ll provide you with an estimate of how long it will take.

Your turnaround times will be the same if you have a Think Venky Studio Graphics + Video subscription. Graphics and videos have their own dedicated turnaround times, ensuring no overlap. For instance, if you have fewer graphic design requests in one week, your video requests will still be finished at the same rate as usual because they’re all handled by the same team. Alternatively, you might do it the other way around.

Feel free to make unlimited requests. Your dedicated Project Manager will review them with you to ensure we have all the necessary information, then assign them to your design team. By default, your requests will be processed in the order you submit them, and there will be up to 2 active requests at a time. However, if priorities or deadlines change, you can rearrange or prioritize tasks by contacting our Project Manager. We understand that priorities and deadlines can shift, and we’re here to be as flexible as possible to help you achieve your goals.

If you intend to resell any designs created by your Think Venky Studio team, please inform your Project Manager when submitting your design request. In such cases, your team will craft the design from scratch, ensuring you have full rights to sell it.

For all other design requests where you are the end-user and won’t be reselling the design, your team will create the design from scratch or incorporate stock elements or photos as necessary, aligning with your brief.

Rest assured, we meticulously verify each element and stock photo used to ensure you have the proper licenses as the end-user. Keep in mind that if you provide unlicensed materials to Think Venky Studio, we are not liable for the rights associated with the final design.
